What is NEOU?
NEOU is a digital platform that offers thousands of fitness and wellness classes, streaming live and on-demand. We offer classes and programs for all levels, backgrounds, and interests across 20+ genres, so there is always something for everyone. You can access these classes via the NEOU website, the NEOU app on any mobile device, or on your TV.
What are my membership options?
We offer two membership options. The annual membership is $59.99 a year, billed once annually, and the monthly membership is $7.99 a month, billed monthly. We offer a 30-day free trial with the annual membership and a 7-day free trial with the monthly. Your card will not get charged until your free trial ends.
How do I access NEOU?
NEOU is accessible through your computer on neoufitness.com, your iOS or Android phone on the NEOU app, and on your TV with the following devices: Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, and Xbox.
You can also watch your workouts on your TV by:
- Casting your phone via Chromecast or Airplay to your TV
- Casting your computer browser via Chromecast or Airplay to your TV
- Screen Mirroring your Android phone to your TV
- Using an HDMI cord to connect a computer to your TV
Interactive classes are only available on the NEOU website or app.
What are interactive classes?
Interactive classes are taught live from NEOU with optional two-way video and audio. It's a group workout that you can join from anywhere, and the instructor can see you and all the other members in the class. You can turn off your camera if you want to join the class but not be on the screen.

NEOU is accessible anywhere, anytime. We have members all over the world enjoying our full range of classes and fitness options.
What if I want to cancel?
